Gross Schijen

The Gross Schijen is a striking line high above the Oberalp Pass. Since the Nätschen mountain railways were opened up, the routes on the Oberalp Pass have received great interest. Previously in a drowsy slumber and mostly all alone, more and more climbers are flocking to this area. The not entirely easy line with some difficult passages offers an airy panorama. The route is not to be underestimated; from the end of the climbing ridge you can still climb to the summit of the Gross Schijen.

The routes above Nätschen offer a wonderful panorama and are relatively easy to access and reach. There are also a few climbing routes at the base of the wall.
