Registration
Alpventura recommends that you register as early as possible. If you decide on one of our offers at short notice, please call us anyway, maybe there will still be a free seat. Otherwise, it facilitates the organization, since we ourselves are traveling a lot!
Registration takes place electronically or by telephone. After receipt of your registration, your participation is binding, even before the first payment. With the registration you accept the general terms and conditions of Alpventura as an integral part of the contractual relationship between the participant and Alpventura. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation / invoice, the corresponding detailed program and possibly further information.
Participation requirements
All tours and courses require good health and CE compliant equipment. The conditional and technical requirements for the corresponding tour must be met. If a participant does not meet these requirements, Alpventura or the responsible mountain guide can exclude the participant from the event. In the case of exclusion for the reasons stated, no refund will be made.
Minimum number
A tour can also be done with fewer participants as planned. The condition for this is that the registered persons agree with a surcharge.
Groups
Alpventura attaches great importance to a good group experience. This requires each participant's tolerance, adaptability, and understanding of the different levels of performance within a difficulty level. Alpventura reserves the right to exclude participants who can not fit into the group without claiming reimbursement from the course or the tour.
Tour and course guidance
The offers of Alpventura are led by qualified mountain guides. Simple alpine tours, glacier trekkings, alpine hikes and via ferratas as well as freeride and easy ski tours are occasionally conducted by mountain guides in training alone. Freeride and easy ski touring can also be done by certified instructors. This corresponds to the current guidelines of the Swiss Mountain Guide Association SBV and the Swisssnowsports. The outdoor offers of Alpventura such as the rope park, dam-abseiling, climbing on the dam wall, crystal search are also led by specially trained guides or climbing instructors with specialized certificate. The indoor climbing courses are led by qualified climbers.
Insurance
The participant commits himself to a sufficient insurance protection. Alpventura strongly recommends that you take out a cancellation insurance. You save yourself a lot of trouble.
Program changes
Basically every tour and course takes place with enough participants. However, Alpventura depends on local conditions. The participant bears the risk for weather or unfavorable tour conditions. In consultation with the participant, he must be fully prepared for the program, area, arrival and accommodation. Any additional costs will be charged to the participant. If a tour is canceled due to bad conditions, a rebooking, credit or repayment will be made. In the case of repayment, a management fee of CHF 60.- will be deducted.
Resignation by the participant
Decisive for the calculation of the date of deregistration is the arrival of the written cancellation at Alpventura.
