Skitouring - Training

Learn the basics of ski touring over two days and enjoy the beauty of nature away from the slopes.

Every beginning is easy! On leisurely tours you will discover the fascination of ski touring.
An experienced mountain guide will familiarize you with everything that goes into ski touring: how to use touring skis, skins, running bindings and an avalanche transceiver (LVS), an introduction to skiing technique in deep snow and, of course, running technique with skins.
Of course, you also have time to enjoy the beauty of nature away from the slopes and after this day you will be able to take part in technically easy, guided tours.

program
Day 1: Arrival in Disentis/Sedrun and first training tour.
Day 2: Entertaining training tour with a beautiful deep snow descent back to Disentis/Sedrun. Return home in the late afternoon.

If you don't already have your own ski touring equipment, we will take care of the equipment. The equipment can be rented from us. Please let us know your driving ability, body size and shoe size.

Touring skis with pin or frame bindings, skins, crampons

Touring ski boots (LVS, shovel, probe)
CHF 33.– (2 days)
