Lyngen Alps - Norway

The Lyngen Alps are certainly a popular destination for ski tours in Norway. Compared to the flatter Lofoten, this mountain range offers real mountains and glaciers. From our chic private house in Lyngseidet, we can reach our daily destinations in all directions, right on the doorstep or by ferry. The tour options are large and the ascents always between 1000 - 1500m, so real alpine ski tours.
All around, the Lyngen Alps are surrounded by fjords and the sea. Nowhere else is there a more direct contrast between snow peaks and deep blue fjords. In addition, the Lyngen Alps are 350 km north of the Arctic Circle. With luck, we can also see pool lights, depending on the travel time.
