Piz Badile - Cassin
The Cassin route on the NE face is one of the most legendary alpine routes in the Alps. The deep view of the Bondasca Glacier from the wall and the might of this wall inspire a lot of respect even for experienced climbers. Every year, dozens of rope teams try to repeat this tour, where it is not a luxury to book a mountain guide!

PROGRAM
1 day
From the Bondo hut it takes around 2 hours to climb to the Sasc-Furä hut, where we spend the night.

2 day
Ascent of Pizzo Badile via the historic “Via Cassin” and descent via the so-called Rinnenleitung over the south side to Capanna Gianetti (CAI). Depending on your wishes, continue straight into Val Masino or only the next day. Return by taxi from Bagni Masino to the Bondasca Valley.
